SHIPPING POLICY

Made to order

Every Aroveda bottle is raised from pure copper sheet and hammered by hand by our karigars in Moradabad after your order is placed. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Because each piece is shaped by hand rather than stamped by machine, production takes approximately 5 business days, after which your order is packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are booked with our international shipping partner. Delivery typically takes a further 12–15 business days. In some cases delivery may take up to 30 days due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other logistics factors outside our control.

All orders ship with tracking. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Customs and duties

All US orders ship duty-paid. You will never be asked for an additional payment on delivery.

If something goes wrong

If your bottle arrives damaged, isn't what you expected, or you simply have a question — write to us before anything else. Not a chatbot, not a form. A real person who cares. We answer personally, within 24 hours, and we will always try to make it right. info@aroveda.co

If your order is late

If we cannot dispatch your order within 30 days of purchase, we will contact you with the option to either wait for the revised date or cancel for a full refund to your original payment method. If your order has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch, contact us and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer.
